REBEL® Cylinder Sensor Kit (6x12)

Real-time concrete strength monitoring

*REBEL® Sentry datalogger sold separately.

The REBEL® Cylinder Sensor Kit allows users to evaluate REBEL® sensor performance directly within a standard concrete test cylinder, making it ideal for validating sensor behavior with specific mix designs before or alongside field deployments.
This kit is designed for laboratories, agencies, and contractors who want to test REBEL® sensor response in controlled conditions while leveraging the same sensing technology used in full-scale projects.
Datalogger shown in images is not included.

$250.00
  • Enables direct testing of REBEL® sensors in standard concrete cylinders
  • Uses the same REBEL® sensor technology deployed in the field
  • Supports mix design evaluation and comparisonIdeal for laboratory, DOT, and contractor testing environments
  • Integrates seamlessly with the Wavelogix® platform when used with a compatible datalogger

Testing REBEL® sensor performance in concrete cylinders Evaluating sensor response for specific mix designs Laboratory testing and validation Supporting QA/QC and research activities

Applications

REBEL® Sensors are commonly used across infrastructure, commercial, and other concrete projects, including:

Infrastructure and Roadway: DOT and Municipalities

Vertical: Commercial and Residential

Precast: Ready-Mix and In-Place Concrete

Engineering: QA/QC

Installation Process

1. Place Sensors

Position the sensors on the ground before pouring concrete.

2. Secure Sensors

Use zip ties to secure the sensors in place.

3. Attach Data Loggers

Plug the sensor cable into the reusable, auto-start datalogger.

4. Pour Concrete

Cover the REBEL sensors with concrete as part of the slab or structure.

5. Monitor Results

Get real-time results in the dashboard as strength develops.
