Real-time concrete strength monitoring

Built for global deployments, the REBEL® International Datalogger is engineered to deliver reliable data transmission across international cellular networks. Equipped with a standard 4G LTE cellular module, this datalogger is optimized for regions with limited or no LTE-M coverage.
As with all Wavelogix dataloggers, the enclosure, sensors, and core performance are identical to the domestic version. The only difference is the internal cellular module.

$500.00
  • Global cellular compatibility across supported countries
  • Proven, widely available 4G LTE technology
  • Reliable data transmission for international deployments
  • Seamless integration with the Wavelogix® platform
  • Identical hardware performance to the Domestic Datalogger
  • Wavelogix datalogger software is designed to operate seamlessly with both LTE-M and 4G Smart Software One PlatformLTE cellular modules. At runtime, the system automatically detects the installed module and selects the appropriate communication pathway—no configuration or user intervention required. This ensures consistent performance, data integrity, and full dashboard visibility regardless of which datalogger version is deployed.

International concrete strength and curing monitoring DOT-equivalent agencies and global infrastructure projects Contractor and laboratory testing programs outside the U.S. Deployments requiring broad cellular network compatibility

Applications

REBEL® Sensors are commonly used across infrastructure, commercial, and other concrete projects, including:

Infrastructure and Roadway: DOT and Municipalities

Vertical: Commercial and Residential

Precast: Ready-Mix and In-Place Concrete

Engineering: QA/QC

Installation Process

1. Place Sensors

Position the sensors on the ground before pouring concrete.

2. Secure Sensors

Use zip ties to secure the sensors in place.

3. Attach Data Loggers

Plug the sensor cable into the reusable, auto-start datalogger.

4. Pour Concrete

Cover the REBEL sensors with concrete as part of the slab or structure.

5. Monitor Results

Get real-time results in the dashboard as strength develops.
