REBEL® Sensor (each) Plywood Base

Real-time concrete strength monitoring

The REBEL® Sensor – Plywood Base is designed for easy placement and stability on RCC (Roller Compacted Concrete) projects. Each REBEL® Sensor is securely mounted to a 12" × 12" plywood base, allowing for quick positioning and consistent sensor placement during RCC pours.
This configuration uses the same proven REBEL® sensor technology to deliver real-time, wireless concrete strength data, while simplifying deployment in applications where traditional embedment methods are less practical.

Applications

REBEL® Sensors are commonly used across infrastructure, commercial, and other concrete projects, including:

Infrastructure and Roadway: DOT and Municipalities

Vertical: Commercial and Residential

Precast: Ready-Mix and In-Place Concrete

Engineering: QA/QC

Installation Process

1. Place Sensors

Position the sensors on the ground before pouring concrete.

2. Secure Sensors

Use zip ties to secure the sensors in place.

3. Attach Data Loggers

Plug the sensor cable into the reusable, auto-start datalogger.

4. Pour Concrete

Cover the REBEL sensors with concrete as part of the slab or structure.

5. Monitor Results

Get real-time results in the dashboard as strength develops.
